Throughout this 10 week program, you’ll work on real business challenges alongside teams in areas such as marketing, product management, partnerships, analytics, and business development.

The US Consumer Bank – Marketing, Data & Business Strategy Summer Analyst program is designed for students who want to understand how marketing, data, operations, and technology come together to drive effective business decisions in a modern consumer organization. At Barclays US Consumer Bank, teams across marketing, product, partnerships, analytics, and operations work closely to deliver seamless customer experiences and scalable business outcomes.

As a Summer Analyst within the US Consumer Bank, you’ll join teams responsible for delivering results for customers and our co branded credit card partners.

Who we're looking forTo be considered for this program, you must be motivated and curious with a degree or expected degree in any area. We are looking for curious, analytical, and forward thinking students who are excited by the opportunity to use data and technology to drive business decisions.
- Ideally, a GPA of 3.2 or above is preferred.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline with anticipated graduation between December 2027 – June 2028
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis
