- Provide analytical and project management support to corporate and business line strategic initiatives
- Work independently with assistance and coaching from more senior levels
- Coach other team members within area of expertise as appropriate
- Identify, develop, and maintain linkages with business partners across retail, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners
- Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis
- Work with line-of-business team members and resources
- Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts
- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
- Analyze company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively impact financial results
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to the required experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
- Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
- Experience drafting TSYS requests preferred
- Occasional domestic travel
- Ability to perform sedentary work, operate standard office equipment, sit, and concentrate for long periods of time
Demonstrates strong analytical and project management capabilities, with a focus on strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Proven experience in data analysis, proactive reporting, and effective communication to drive financial results.
