Wilmington projects include a vertical hospital expansion and a ground-up 3‑story rehab hospital.
- Lead a ground‑up, 3‑story rehab hospital project (90,000 SF).
- Manage project schedule, budget, safety, and quality compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors and project team on‑site.
- Maintain client and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing healthcare construction projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in Wilmington or nearby, with some travel possible.
