Construction Project Manager; Healthcare

We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager with proven experience delivering healthcare and pharmaceutical construction projects. This role supports highly regulated environments where precision planning, cost control, and technical coordination are critical to success. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate ready to lead complex electrical construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
• Oversee electrical construction scope including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6
• Lead estimating efforts and collaborate with cost management teams to maintain financial control
• Coordinate VDC/BIM workflows to ensure constructability and clash resolution

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing healthcare and/or pharmaceutical construction projects
• Strong background in electrical construction management
• Proficiency with Spectrum and cost management systems
• Experience developing and managing schedules in Primavera P6
• Familiarity with VDC/BIM coordination processes
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and technical field teams
• Strong financial acumen and estimating experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in regulated construction environments
