Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources required for construction projects.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

A successful Project Manager should have:
