Leo Force is seeking a Paving Superintendent to lead our projects across the Tri-State area. You will oversee paving from planning through completion, directing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of paving or related construction experience, deep knowledge of materials and equipment, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive on-time results and maintain records.
