Project Manager Opportunity with Leading National Commercial General Contractor in the Wilmington Area, ESOP, Profit Sharing and Extensive Opportunities for Growth!

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

We are a $300M Commercial General Contractor based in the Northeast with a growing office in Wilmington. We build light industrial, self-storage, large retail, multi-family and healthcare projects throughout the Wilmington area.

• BS/MS in Construction or similar experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience with Commercial Construction required.
• Ground-up Multi-family, large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in the Philly/Wilmington market preferred.
