Job Overview
Position: Construction Superintendent (Managerial Level)
Location: Wilmington, PA (open to relocation to the Philadelphia/Wilmington area)
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in construction field supervision
- Ground‑up commercial construction projects experience
- Experience building projects valued $20M or more
