Job Summary
We are looking for a Content Strategist to create clear, consistent, and customer-centric digital content for our online banking experiences. This role will focus on shaping content across digital journeys for Deposits and Cross-Products, ensuring experiences are simple, secure, and aligned with customer and business needs. You will collaborate closely with product, design, technology, and research partners to deliver high-quality UX content used by millions of business banking customers.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences
- Support end-to-end content strategy for customer journeys across web, mobile, and omni-channel platforms
- Leverage user research insights, usability findings, and data to inform content decisions
- Partner with designers to contribute to UX artifacts such as journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Plan, write, and optimize digital content including:
- UX/UI copy
- Navigation labels and naming conventions
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and accessibility standards
- Participate in design reviews and product reviews, clearly articulating content rationale
- Manage multiple deliverables while meeting timelines and quality standards
- 5–9 years of experience writing content across digital channels (web, mobile, email, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with UX writing and content strategy for digital products
- Strong command of English language, grammar, spelling, and tone
- Experience working within established brand guidelines
- Ability to create content for complex, end-to-end digital experiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and usability testing
- Experience working on large-scale, enterprise digital platforms
