School Photographer - Wilmington, DE

Become a School Photographer – Seasonal Position

Starting August 11, 2026. Must reside in Wilmington, DE or surrounding areas.

• Competitive Pay: $19.50–$21.50 per hour.
• 401(k) match eligibility from Day 1.
• Seasonal flexibility – work through November (possible extension into December).
• Average 30+ hours per week with overtime during peak weeks.
• Paid training – no experience required.
• Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
• Promotion potential:
  Photo Team Lead + $1 per hour.
• Daily Pay option.

• Capture genuine smiles and school memories.
• Use personal vehicle to travel to local schools for picture day.
• Transport, set up, and take down photography equipment at event sites.
• Use photo software to organize and manage images.
• Build hands‑on photography experience.
• Enjoy new scenery and meet new people; occasional overnight stays.

• High school diploma or GED (must be 18+).
• Reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness to start early (as early as 4 AM) and occasional extended hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment.
• Professional appearance consistent with Jostens standards.
• Strong communication, customer service, and technical skills.
• Comfort working independently and with children.
• Reliable cell phone and internet access.
• Background/health screening as required.
