CU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Member Service Representative
, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.

What You’ll Do as a Member Service Representative
  • Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture
  • Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and traditional teller transactions
  • Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services
  • Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships
  • Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships
  • Meet or exceed performance and service goals
  • Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed
  • Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system
  • Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements
  • Actively participate in community engagement initiatives
