Customer Service Representative – Contract
Contract Length: 8 months (possible permanent conversion)
Pay: $18/hr on W2

Hybrid in Wilmington, DE
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a customer-facing team in delivering prompt, professional, and convenient service. This role will assist with day-to-day client support activities, manage back-end administrative tasks, and proactively coordinate order processing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support customer-facing teams in delivering high-quality service to clients
- Assist with back-end administrative tasks including invoicing, data requests, and client follow-ups
- Proactively manage and track order processing activities
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients
- Quickly learn and apply product knowledge to support client needs
- Analyze client requests and provide timely resolutions
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, communication, and documentation
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B customer service experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
