Free Seasonal Y Membership
Hourly Rate $20.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as the skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Process program registrations, including account setup, enrollment, and payment processing for school-age childcare and day camp
- Maintain accurate participant and household records within the YMCA’s membership/registration system Salesforce
- Provide high-quality customer service to members, families, and community participants regarding program offerings, schedules, and registration processes
- Verify required documentation for programs (e.g., emergency contacts, waivers, childcare forms, state-required documentation)
- Ensure compliance with YMCA policies, risk management standards, and applicable state childcare licensing regulations
- Process program changes, cancellations, transfers, and waitlists in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with Youth Development, Aquatics, Membership, and Health & Wellness teams to ensure accurate program setup and participant tracking
- Assist with registration periods, seasonal program launches, and special events as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Multilingual
- Experience with Salesforce
