Game Day Operations Assistant

The Wilmington Blue Rocks seek part-time assistance in game day operations during 2026 home games. Specific jobs will vary by game, but tasks include ushering, scanning tickets, monitoring private picnics or other event spaces and customer service. All game day staff are responsible for providing quick and efficient service to guests in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to greeting fans, answering questions, accurately directing fans to specific areas of the ballpark and more.

• Assist all fans with locating their respective seating location within the ballpark.
• Assist fans by answering questions about the facility and team.
• Scan tickets at main entry points
• Assist with crowd control; while helping to enforce the Fan Code of Conduct within the ballpark
• Work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention.
• Take ownership of your assigned responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

• Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.
• Must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays
• Employee must be punctual.
• Employee must follow all company standards and policies.
• Employee will be required to work outdoors in warm weather, and sometimes rain
• The ability to work in an atmosphere with increased noise levels
