Sartorius is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate onsite services for our Field Service Engineers. You will assign and schedule engineers, confirm dates with customers, and ensure all equipment and parts are ready for service.
You will work closely with Service Support, engineers, and management to maintain service orders in SMS/ERP, prepare quotations, and keep customers informed throughout the process. Strong organization and communication are essential.
