The Business Division at Reading Area Community College (RACC) seeks adjunct instructors to teach Accounting courses. These courses may include financial, managerial, or applied accounting and will integrate industry-standard tools such as Quick Books, Excel, and Power BI. Instructors will help students build competencies in financial reporting, analysis, and workforce readiness aligned with transfer and career pathways.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Demonstrated teaching ability in accounting.
* Proficiency with financial reporting and accounting software (Quick Books, Excel).
* Commitment to the community college mission and student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
* CPA, CMA, or related professional credential.
* Community college teaching experience.
* Professional experience in accounting, auditing, tax, or finance.
* Experience with ERP systems, cloud accounting, or data analytics tools.
* Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
* Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural engagement in teaching.
