• Position Overview:
We are seeking an Onsite Early Childhood Teacher to support young learners in Wilmington, DE. This role focuses on delivering developmentally appropriate instruction in a structured early childhood classroom environment.

• Requirements:
Valid Delaware Teaching License (required - must be attached with resume for submission)
Candidates will not be considered without required documentation
Dual certification in Special Education and Early Childhood Education preferred
Candidates with either Special Education or Early Childhood certification will also be considered

• Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for early learners
Support academic, social, and behavioral development in young children
Collaborate with staff and families to support student growth
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
