The position is scheduled for Tuesdays through Thursdays, with varied staff hours based on specific school locations. In-person participation is essential, as you'll be an integral presence within the academic environment, helping students achieve their functional and educational goals.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist license required
• Prior experience within a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• Competency in assessments, IEP development, and documentation within educational frameworks
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable and organized to manage caseloads across both middle and high school populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based PT services for students as designated in their IEPs
• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations to monitor student progress
• Provide therapy interventions, modify treatment plans, and address students' physical needs in the school context
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute insights to IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate student participation in school activities
