Qualifications:

• Current and active Delaware School Psychologist license is required
• Prior school-based psychology experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated skill conducting psycho educational evaluations across varied age groups
• Comfortable collaborating in multidisciplinary IEP meetings
• Strong report writing and assessment abilities
• Reliable transportation for travel between multiple school sites as needed
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting promptly upon onboarding

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal evaluations and assessments for students in early childhood, elementary, and high school settings
• Prepare thorough and insightful reports to inform student support strategies
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to develop effective learning plans
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support positive academic and behavioral outcomes
• Manage a diverse caseload across multiple sites, including preschool and elementary populations
