Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Wilmington, Delaware

Qualifications:
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis principles, assessment, and intervention
  • Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and devise effective behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Capable of managing caseloads and meeting deadlines in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to implement and monitor interventions
  • Provide direct and consultative services for students with behavioral challenges
  • Train and support school staff in the implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Collect ongoing data to track progress and adapt interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students with behavioral needs
