Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in school psychology or related field
• Eligibility for Delaware state licensure; those with pending licensure considered
• Experience providing psychological services in a school setting is a plus
• Sound understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), 504 plans, and IEP processes
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments and interpret data to support student learning
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and help develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling for students, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to design interventions and support strategies
• Promote positive school culture and implement evidence-based programs for social-emotional learning
• Offer crisis intervention and contribute to the school's behavioral support systems
