What You Bring:

• Valid, active RBT certification (required by start date)
• Demonstrated experience in K-12 or pediatric settings, ideally within schools
• Confidence using physical intervention strategies when necessary, with safety and care
• Experience tracking and utilizing behavior data for student progress and program development
• Willingness to perform essential bathroom duties, including toileting, diapering, and cleaning tasks
• Dedicated availability for all scheduled professional development and program days
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent onsite presence throughout the summer
• Absolute commitment to supporting a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere

Your Contributions:

• Deliver hands-on behavioral supports to students, fostering growth and independence
• Collect, document, and interpret behavioral data within the classroom to inform instruction and intervention
• Collaborate with teaching and support teams to ensure holistic student success across the summer session
• Participate fully in training, professional development, and team meetings scheduled prior to start and throughout the program
• Carry out all aspects of student hygiene support according to program protocols

This contract engagement runs June 23 - August 6, featuring professional development days and four-day program weeks to create a structured, yet flexible summer work experience.
