• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
• Foster a supportive, engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and development
• Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to accommodate students’ diverse learning styles
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on progress monitoring
• Utilize district IEP management systems (training provided as needed)
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required
• Engage in indirect activities such as admin time and paid participation in team meetings
• Advocate for students’ needs and celebrate their achievements
