High School Theology Teacher at Salesianum School – Wilmington, DE.

The Theology Department seeks a dynamic teacher for a full‑time opening beginning August 2026. Candidates available to start during the 2026 Spring Semester are asked to indicate this in their cover letter.

Salesianum is an independent Catholic secondary school for boys founded by the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales in 1903. We are committed to educating the whole person, offering a rigorous college‑preparatory curriculum, diverse extracurricular activities, and a strong foundation in spirituality and service.

• Instruct a variety of theology courses within the school curriculum.
• Engage students in understanding and practicing their faith.
• Integrate spirituality into students’ everyday lives.

• Strong content background in Catholic theology.
• Teaching experience or specific educational training for high school instruction and pedagogy.
• Demonstrated potential for effectively engaging students in matters related to faith and spirituality.
• Availability to start during the 2026 Spring Semester is preferable, if applicable.
