Early Learning Teacher | Montessori-Inspired Program
What You'll Do

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool-aged children.
• Foster literacy, language, math, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
• Build a safe, nurturing classroom that encourages exploration, independence, and hands‑on learning.
• Partner with families and colleagues to support every child's success.
• Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments and individualized instruction.

• 3+ years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience
• Must qualify as a Delaware Early Childhood Teacher through DEEDS (which requires the applicant to hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) AND/OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an approved field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Elementary Special Education, Child Psychology))
• Eligible to obtain/hold a Delaware Early Childhood Teacher certificate (DEEDS).
• Must pass all required background clearances

• Montessori classroom experience or MACTE certification
• Experience using child assessment tools and individualized learning plans
• Strong classroom management and family engagement skills

• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR and required state early childhood certifications within designated time frames.
