Learning Center at Madison LLC is looking for a passionate and organized Early Childhood Administrator to lead and inspire their team in Wilmington, DE. • Oversee daily operations of the early childhood learning center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff and support personnel
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programming
• Manage enrollment, family communications, and parent engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records including staff files, child development documentation, and licensing paperwork
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and professional development opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an early childhood education leadership or administrative role
• Knowledge of Delaware childcare licensing regulations and NAEYC standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with curriculum planning and child development best practices
• Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
