Reading Assist is launching a Pre-K Literacy Pilot in Wilmington, DE to deliver literacy support in early childhood centers. The Special Project Coordinator will lead curriculum selection, design, and implementation, and will hire and supervise four Early Literacy Guides across up to 15 classrooms.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of staff management experience, with strong knowledge of the science of reading and developmentally appropriate practices.
