We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool-aged children in alignment with Montessori principles.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement Montessori curriculum and activities that foster independence, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Guide children through daily lessons, using Montessori materials and hands-on experiences.
- Maintain a prepared classroom environment that encourages exploration and self-directed learning.
- Observe and assess students’ progress, documenting their growth and development.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative classroom culture.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to uphold the school’s Montessori philosophy.
- Montessori certification (complete or in-progress) required.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of Montessori principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
