Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool-aged children in alignment with Montessori principles.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement Montessori curriculum and activities that foster independence, creativity, and a love for learning.
  • Guide children through daily lessons, using Montessori materials and hands-on experiences.
  • Maintain a prepared classroom environment that encourages exploration and self-directed learning.
  • Observe and assess students’ progress, documenting their growth and development.
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative classroom culture.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to uphold the school’s Montessori philosophy.
Qualifications
  • Montessori certification (complete or in-progress) required.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of Montessori principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
