Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Youth Activity Worker to lead and support program activities for youth ages 6–12. This full-time, nonexempt role includes hours during the school year and Summer Fun Club coverage. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
Position requires driving a van, certification compliance, and the ability to work across multiple sites within the region to ensure adequate coverage.
