We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Compliance Engineer to support electrical safety, EMI/EMC compliance, and regulatory activities for medical device products. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IEC standards, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams and external test laboratories.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a regulated industry (medical device experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with EMI/EMC testing and compliance
- In-depth experience with IEC 60601 series standards, including IEC 60601-1-1, and usability standards
- Proven ability to analyze complex electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective corrective design changes
- Experience collaborating with internal engineering teams and external compliance/test laboratories
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical documentation, test protocols, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions accurately and efficiently
