Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator, you will lead high-value project pursuits and strategic pricing efforts. You will collaborate closely with operations and preconstruction teams to develop accurate pricing, clearly documented assumptions, and well-communicated value proposals. From early conceptual budgets through final estimates and GMP submissions, your work will play a key role in helping clients make informed project decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, including projects exceeding $10M in value
• Strong experience with CM, CM‑at‑Risk, General Contractor, and Design‑Build delivery models
• Exposure to multiple sectors including commercial office, healthcare, K‑12 education, higher education, and pre‑engineered projects
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing junior estimators or small teams
