The Process Technology Specialist is the Process Owner and subject‑matter expert for assigned product lines and plants. Working closely with Plant Operations, Product Managers, Research Scientists and support groups, the specialist meets business and supply‑chain goals by conducting product sourcing, debottlenecking and expansion analyses, leading new product scale‑up and commercialization, and identifying and implementing best practices and cost‑improvement initiatives.

CompensationExpected compensation range: $93,530.00 – $ plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
