The Investor Service Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and supporting various investor-related services. This includes processing shareholder transactions, addressing investor queries, and liaising with investment managers. The role contributes to maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Transaction Processing: Process shareholder transactions for investment fund clients and prepare and distribute confirmation notices and recurring statements of holdings.
  • NAV and Shareholder Statements: Enter NAV figures and produce accurate shareholder statements for client approval.
  • AML/KYC Compliance: Coordinate the collection of AML/KYC documentation for shareholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Wire Transfers: Prepare and process wire transfers via multiple banking systems.
  • Bank Account Management: Open and maintain bank accounts for funds, liaising with banks and clients for necessary funding.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence procedures to satisfy Fund obligations in accordance with local legislation and internal policies.
  • Client Transfers: Coordinate the collection of corporate records and investor files for the transfer-in and transfer-out of clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain Viewpoint, Laserfiche, and Management databases to ensure client information is current, along with transaction spreadsheets.
  • Invoice Management: Prepare and distribute client invoices and manage fee collections to ensure timely payments.
  • Audit Support: Assist with the completion of audit confirmations.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the fund administration industry or 3 years in IR/Fund Administration.
  • Team Collaboration:Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to Detail:Demonstratedability to produce accurate, high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, investment managers, and internal teams.
  • Technology Proficiency:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relevant fund management systems (Viewpoint, SAP, AIS, Elite, Titan) is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of shareholder AML/KYC requirements under Cayman regulations.
  • Familiarity with FATCA and CRS regulations.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and local laws related to the administration of corporate structures in the Cayman Islands.
  • Knowledge of Cayman Islands corporate entities and their types.
  • Experience with CORIS, EDMS,ViewPoint, SAP, AIS, Elite, and Titan management is advantageous.

At CSC, compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,000 KYD - $72,500 KYD.
