As the Risk Management – Risk Execution UAT Lead – Vice President in the Risk Execution and Strategy team, you will be part of a User Acceptance Testing team that supports an ongoing execution and implementation of business critical strategic initiatives. This role will partner with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, and external vendor resources to plan and execute the testing.

Lead a team of testing professionals. Individuals will be responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the business testing function. The function is considered complex in nature with significant business impact.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support testing and implementation of business critical strategies.
  • Provide execution support and leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areas
  • Provide complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues, expanding the solution to include infrastructure, architecture, and multi-tier tools and business system strategies
  • Develop and maintain testing standards and processes; manage quality improvement activities
  • Lead the identification, creation and execution of critical XLOB Business End-to-End testing activities
  • Manage test planning, execution and reporting across multiple projects/complex programs in alignment with Business needs
  • Stay abreast of trends and best practices and factors into approach
  • Provide extensive knowledge of industry standard testing tools, automation and testing methodologies
  • Participates in the development of goals and execution of strategies within a function or department
  • Partner with key IT and Business parties to ensure effective use of methodologies and communicate test strategies, test results and performance through testing teams
  • Sponsor and develop preventative processes to strengthen the control framework and monitor for potential process failures or weaknesses
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
  • 7 plus years of Financial Services experience with 8+ years in testing
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid software development methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-line of business projects and initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence change and communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in establishing and managing program/project test strategies and key milestones
  • Flexibility and adaptability, able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines
  • Innovative and creative thinker, able to generate new ideas, forward-thinker, thought-leader
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and results oriented
Preferred Qualifications , Skills and Capabilities:
  • MBA preferred
  • Understanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processing
  • Experience with risk processing
