This full‑time, on‑site role in Wilmington, DE, is for an Accounts Payable Manager. Key responsibilities include overseeing the accounts payable function, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. The role also involves maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing accruals, managing journal entries, and supporting audits. The Accounts Payable Manager will collaborate with the finance team to uphold compliance with company policies and financial regulations, ensuring a high standard of financial integrity.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles, with a focus on accounts payable processes
• Experience with Journal Entries and Accruals for accurate financial reporting
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with accounting software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team collaboration
• Prior experience in managing accounts payable processes in the hospitality industry is a plus
