Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

Senior Financial Reporting Accountant - Up to $110K + Bonus

Seeking an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to support SEC reporting and financial disclosure process. This position plays a key role in preparing quarterly and annual filings while maintaining critical internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements for quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• Assist with quarterly earnings releases, earnings call materials, and investor presentations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Prepare and review annual employee benefit plan financial statements and coordinate responses to benefit plan audit inquiries
• Execute month-end close activities including corporate and intercompany journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain accounting policies, internal control documentation, and provide audit support materials
• Respond to technical accounting inquiries and document conclusions on accounting matters
• Serve as liaison with external and internal auditors, providing requested documentation and technical support

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably with SEC filing experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with consolidated financial statements and regulatory filings
