This is a great opportunity to be a valued advisor delivering tax and business advisory services and tax compliance to high-net-worth individuals and trusts. You will work side‑by‑side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business, having a direct impact on the firm’s success. - Assist in providing compliance and consulting services to high‑net‑worth individuals, multi‑generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and/or investment entities:
- Perform complex individual, partnership, S‑corp, trust, estate, gift, and state tax returns
- Work on multiple engagements delivering proactive tax planning and strategic consulting, including federal estate, gift, charitable planning and generation skipping tax
- Build technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments, and technical authorities and applying them to complex situations
- Learn and grow from direct and on‑the‑job coaching and mentoring, and participate in firm‑wide learning and development programs
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
- Support the growth and development of team members
- Enjoy team outings and social activities that encourage work‑life balance
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college/university;
Licensed CPA, JD, or EA - Five (5)+ years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services in a professional services firm
- Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current with strategies, see the big picture and details, and exhibit ethical knowledge and sense of urgency for quality and timely completion of projects
- Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
In Philadelphia, PA: $92,000 to $146,340
In Wilmington, DE: $101,300 to $139,690
