Tax Consultant

Description:

Can start prior to 2/14/22. Assignment Length 6-8 months. Possible extension but unlikely.

Perform U.S. tax compliance for federal, state, and international income tax return filings (e.g. Form 5471s, 8858s, 1120s, 1065s, etc.). Perform tax research and analysis. Support tax planning initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. Ideal candidate has strong communication skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. experience with MS Office products, and experience with Onesource Income Tax software.

• Weekly Schedule (how many hours/days): 40 hours + possible OT

• Shift: Day 8:30am - 5:30pm

Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred.

• 3 years experience Corporate Income Tax

• The team will consist of about 12 member with 1 lead.

• They can work fully remote or come onsite 1-3 days once the office re-opens.

• Will be working in SAP (S4 Hana) and Excel
