Position Overview
As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in the Talleyville Shopping Center, Wilmington, DE, and work within a bank branch to manage an assigned book of business. Job Description- Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients; grow and retain a book of business.
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking; enhance client loyalty and share of wallet with an exceptional client experience.
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies; determine the best products, present sound recommendations, and establish individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives.
- Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities; lead the branch team in achieving investment results.
- Regularly meet with branch manager and partners to review business results, pipeline, and lead/referral follow‑ups; adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required;
Life and Health Insurance required.

PayTransparency
Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $75,000.00. Salary may vary based on location, market data, and individual qualifications. This role is incentive eligible.
