Finance Analyst - Manufacturing

Job Overview

Finance Analyst – Manufacturing, Wilmington, DE (Hybrid). The role supports plant financial operations, cost analysis, forecasting, and process improvement.

• Work closely with site leadership to support cost analysis, uncover inefficiencies, and identify adjustments to achieve targets.
• Serve as key finance contact for plant operations leadership team.
• Lead monthly forecast setting process and annual plan for assigned plant site.
• Ensure plan, forecasting vs. actual analysis and root cause corrective actions completed at appropriate levels.
• Conduct monthly site and product line cost reviews, highlighting performance and deviations.
• Evaluate finance processes, identify and implement improvement ideas to increase automation or reporting/data quality.
• Provide recommendations for cost‑saving opportunities and finance support for continuous improvement efforts at the site.
• Work closely with off‑site financial resources to explain variances and trends.
• Manage main financial responsibilities:
  Plant Fixed Costs, PMMA/TAR accounting, Variable Cost of Manufacture, Manufacturing Period Expense & Inventory analysis.

• Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• 1+ years of professional work experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SAP (including SAP Business Warehouse).
• Previous experience in a multi‑national manufacturing company focused on Manufacturing Cost Accounting and/or Financial Analysis.
• General understanding of manufacturing analysis and inventory accounting.

Pay Range (in local currency): $73,947.00 – $

Level: 23;
Annual Bonus Target: 6%

Incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
