Business Banking Treasury Management Advisor

Position Overview

As a Treasury Management Advisor within PNC’s Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Philly/Delaware/South Jersey Market. • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, typically working with basic-level risk clients.
• Originate, conduct financial analysis, negotiate and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and expand existing ones and enhance the client experience.
• Present the full range of PNC’s products and services and leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
• Analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

• Customer Focused: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Bachelor’s degree required. No required certifications or licenses.

Base Salary: $82,500.00 – $ (may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
