Position Overview

As a Treasury Management Advisor within PNC’s Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Philly/Delaware/South Jersey Market. Responsibilities
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, typically working with basic-level risk clients.
  • Originate, conduct financial analysis, negotiate and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
  • Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and expand existing ones and enhance the client experience.
  • Present the full range of PNC’s products and services and leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
  • Analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree required. No required certifications or licenses.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $82,500.00 – $ (may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
