Overview
Supports new business processes and marketing deliverables for the Global Capital Markets (GCM) area.
Responsibilities- Provide support for Client Development Officers (CDOs) in new business processing, including contact management, workflow reviews, and folder remediation for GCM clients.
- Provide marketing support and coordinate with the Marketing team for conferences, trade shows, events, and collateral requests.
- Offer administrative support to CDOs and the Unit manager, including travel and entertainment (T&E) processing, system input, travel itineraries, and ad-hoc requests.
- Attend conferences and events to support the CDO and administrative teams as needed.
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and addressing external regulator requirements.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Proficiency in the use of personal computers and pertinent software packages.
• Ability to learn and prioritize workloads.
• Business or financial services experience.
Hourly (USD) $24.87 - $41.45. Specific pay determined by combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
