, you will be based in the Talleyville Shopping Center, Wilmington, DE, working within a bank branch and managing an assigned book of business.

Job Description
  • Consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop financial plans, grow and retain a book of business, own the client experience, and identify & execute opportunities.
  • Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through development and networking, growing loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, determine best products, present recommendations, establish individual plans, monitor plans, and recommend changes.
  • Coach and educate branch staff and business partners to identify opportunities, lead the branch team, communicate regularly, and build strong relationships to drive referral activity.
  • Meet with branch manager and internal partners to review results and pipeline, meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up, and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

  • Managing Risk – Assess and manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications

Education – Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Certifications – None required.
Licenses – FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) required;
Life and Health Insurance required.
Work Experience – 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00. Incentive eligible with compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
