Duties- Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
- Provide legal advice and support on structured finance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high‑quality legal services.
- One to five years of structured finance experience.
- Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
CertificationsBar admission in the relevant state.
Skills- Interest in finance or accounting is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in previous roles.
