Vice President – Structured Finance – Delaware, United States

• exercising fiduciary duties, reviewing transaction documents, coordinating the client acceptance process;
• delivering high levels of client service while ensuring that each client relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures;
• additional duties will involve assisting with the management of junior staff and involvement with ad hoc projects and potentially representing the Maples Group at various industry association events as required

• bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related business discipline or equivalent work experience is required;
• must have 5‑7 years of demonstrated successful track record in a diverse Corporate Trust or Corporate Fiduciary services environment;
• experience in reviewing and negotiating transaction documents;
• knowledge of corporate governance, relevant local laws and regulatory requirements is a must;
• experience liaising with lawyers, investment managers, institutional investors, administrators and other transaction parties located in various international jurisdictions is required

• superb attention to detail, professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and a team‑first mentality;
• be a self‑starter with the ability to handle a complex and diverse workload;
• strong drafting, critical thinking and communication skills;
• sound working knowledge of all Windows applications;
• experience with relationship management and client service;
• excellent time management, organizational, prioritization and communication skills, both verbal and written (fluent written and oral English)
