- Process and manage client trade instructions with a high level of accuracy
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure trades are executed correctly
- Support risk and quality control initiatives to maintain operational integrity
- Partner with internal and external teams to drive process improvements
- Contribute to projects focused on efficiency and automation
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Proactive mindset — someone who brings ideas and solutions forward
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn systems and adapt to new tools
You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a core operations function within financial services
, with real exposure to process improvement and risk management. The 4 days onsite / 1 day remote structure offers a balance of collaboration and flexibility, and the temp‑to‑perm path gives strong performers the chance to convert full‑time.
