• Process and manage client trade instructions with a high level of accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure trades are executed correctly
• Support risk and quality control initiatives to maintain operational integrity
• Partner with internal and external teams to drive process improvements
• Contribute to projects focused on efficiency and automation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a core operations function within financial services
, with real exposure to process improvement and risk management. The 4 days onsite / 1 day remote structure offers a balance of collaboration and flexibility, and the temp‑to‑perm path gives strong performers the chance to convert full‑time.
