Upgrade is seeking a data-driven Manager/Sr Manager for the Card Credit Risk team to drive portfolio analytics and policy design. Hybrid role based in Wilmington or San Francisco, combining hands-on analysis with cross‑functional partnership to improve risk-adjusted returns.
You’ll develop policies (overlimit, holds, suspensions), track portfolio performance, and support product/marketing initiatives. Strong SQL, Excel, Python skills and credit analytics background required.
