Job Title: Credit Risk Strategy Manager (CLI, ECM, Unsecured Lending)
Salary: $120K - $160K/ Yearly Base + 12% Annual Bonus + Benefits.
Job Summary
- Seeking an experienced Credit Risk Strategy Engagement Manager to develop and optimize credit risk strategies across the lending lifecycle. The role partners with business, analytics, product, and risk teams to improve portfolio performance, manage risk, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit risk strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze portfolio performance across Acquisition, Existing Customer Management (ECM), Credit Line Increase (CLI), and Credit Line Decrease (CLD).
- Monitor risk metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategy improvements.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Design, test, and implement credit policy and strategy enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Credit Risk Strategy within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
- Experience in analytics consulting for banking clients.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL or Python.
- Databricks experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending, credit risk frameworks, portfolio analytics, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
