Senior Portfolio and Strategy Analyst – Marketing and Customer Analytics
Location:
Wilmington, DE (potential locations include Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Washington DC, Houston, NY).
Position Overview:
PNC is building the next generation of credit card experiences. The Senior Portfolio Analyst will use data to identify the right customers, design smarter campaigns, and drive portfolio growth by collaborating across marketing, product, risk, and analytics teams.
- Drive marketing analytics for credit card acquisition campaigns to reach the right customers with the right offers.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Risk to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance – identifying opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.
- Explore new data sources, customer signals, and tools to stay at the cutting edge of personalization and targeting.
- Share insights with senior leaders and help influence decision‑making at one of the bank’s fastest‑growing areas.
- 2–4 years of analytical experience in marketing, credit cards, consumer banking, or a related data‑driven role.
- Proficiency in data tools (SQL, SAS, Python, or similar) with the ability to analyze and present large datasets clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and marketing curiosity – you love digging into data and thinking about customer behavior.
- Collaborative mindset and confidence to contribute ideas in cross‑functional settings.
- Prior experience in Financial Services is a plus.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $55,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
